If you place an order with KOUDSI ™ for one of our products, we will request certain personal details from you. The information you provide will be used to process your order. Additionally, some details are required for billing purposes.
For web hosting and domain name registration, specific data is required by organisations such as the Netherlands Foundation for Internet Domain Registration (SIDN) to ensure that the correct information is linked to the domain name. However, we have no control over how the domain name registry uses this data.
The required details include:
Name of the domain name holder
Address of the domain name holder
Name, address, and telephone number of the administrative contact person for the domain name
Name, address, and telephone number of the technical contact person for the domain name
KOUDSI ™ does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period depends on the reason for which we obtained or collected the data, as well as any legal obligations, such as tax and accounting regulations, which require retention for up to 10 years. Upon request, we will delete all data known to us unless it is required to maintain active services.
KOUDSI ™ will only share your personal data with third parties with your consent, and only when necessary to execute our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
For domain registrations, we are required to forward certain personal details to domain registries within and outside Europe, depending on the domain extension you choose (e.g., .com, .de, .jp). These details are stored in the registries' databases and are largely accessible to the public via WHOIS lookup services. Please be aware that KOUDSI ™ is not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites or external sources.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may submit a request for access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@koudsi.nl.
To verify your identity, we ask that you include a copy of your identification document along with a recent extract from the Chamber of Commerce. For privacy protection, please black out your photograph and Citizen Service Number (BSN). KOUDSI ™ will respond to your request as soon as possible, and no later than within four weeks.
KOUDSI ™ would also like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national regulatory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do so via the following link:

KOUDSI ™ ensures that all its servers and devices are equipped with up-to-date security software, including antivirus software and firewalls. Automatic updates are performed on all our computers. Additionally, KOUDSI ™ uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data is protected from unauthorised access.
